Q: What does the service includes?
A: Our web design service includes a full layout design of your website, including graphic designs and SEO.

Q: Do I need to already have a website?
A: Yes, you do need to have a website. If you do not have one, we can help you register one. The payment for this will not go towards Neoxide, but the hosting company.

Q: How long does it take for the website to be completed?
A: Depending on your project, the time can take from a day to a week, and sometimes even more. It all depends on what we are designing and the amount of clients we are currently working with.

Q: What do I need to provide?
A: You will need to provide us with the content, such as the text and images. This can be done by contacting us once you are a clients.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The average price for a website is $400, but depending on the type of website to meet your project, the price can go either up or down.

Q: What if the price is too expensive?
A: If it is too expensive and you really can't afford it, we may be able to lower the price by placing some advertisements on your website to fill in the price.

Q: How do I update the website?
A: Once your website had been completed, you will need to contact us to make small changes. We will however go through with you on how to edit the website but if you are not confident with it, we suggest letting us do it for you.
